Next-Generation Expandable-Completion Systems

In many cases, openhole completions could provide maximum well productivity. However, use of the method has been impeded by the inability to achieve effective zonal isolation. An expandable completion that combines slotted- and solid-expandable technology and uses conventional unexpanded premium connections can deliver freely configurable completion architecture.
